Provide a service. Make other people's life easier by offering a service of anything you think you can do. On the other end, there are those who are looking for someone like you to do things for them. Make money out of services that can be as simple as completing survey, commenting on blogs, surfing, playing games, transcribing audio files, or writing a blog. Meanwhile, services that pay top dollars include web programming, web designing, coding, online events planning and wedding consultancy, SEO specialist, tutoring and coaching. Go to any legitimate online classified ask and web service portals such as 'Odesk' and 'Elance' and offer your service.
Sell products. Online shopping is a multi-billion dollar industry. And over the last three to five years, online purchases have skyrocketed. You can ride on this trend by selling your stuff online. If you are already a retailer, expand your market and post your products online. If you are keeping too much stuff in your room, have their photos taken, write short description and post them on eBay. As long as you have things to sell, just put a price tag and post them online.
Make your own products and sell them online. If you like to bake, cook or you can create products that people would want to spend their money with, then you can sell them online. This is something that will require you start from scratch as you need startup capital, materials and business plan, but if your products are unique, in demand or offer something new, it may be worth something big.
Sell somebody's products. If you don't like to create your own product, you can purchase products from an entity and sell them online. This, however, only works if you are selling already known and quality products and getting them at a low price. Becoming an exclusive dealer is a good option. You can also become a distributor of any direct selling company.
Become a work-from-home employee. There are a lot of companies today that hire people to work from home. Most home-based jobs are internet-based and require different skills such as writer, virtual assistant, online tutor, transcriptionist, programmer, web designer, etc. As you can see, some of the jobs here are already mentioned at the first section of the article. While the tasks are the same, the difference is that here, you are a hired employee with fixed working hours even if you are working from home.
